To date all the meditation knowledge that he has received has been gifted to him by some of the meditation masters or their assistant teachers so it is on this basis that we re-gift these meditations to you.
Whilst meditation has its roots in Hinduism and Buddhism, it can be practiced by any body of any or no faith what so ever.
Meditation is a universal concept and is in no way constrained by religious doctrine, in fact other than in passing or in giving background information about a particular meditation during our programs religion is rarely mentioned at all.
Meditation is not used to escape reality, but to become one with it.
